WF Homeowners Association has five elected board members. Positions are President, Secretary. Treasurer and one member each to manage and monitor compliances & landscaping portfolios. Board members meet every first Sunday of the month to discuss various activities for general improvements around the subdivision, work with external agencies for the upkeep of common areas and carry out special projects.
Election for President and Treasurer occurs during every "even" years while Secretary and two other Board positions occurs during every odd years. Election is conducted during the picnic event to enable all home owners to participate.
